Review the work, the idea and your business operation
Make recommendations, and consult with you in order to facilitate your main needs
Deliverables include; Design-Build, tendering, lease hold improvements, and project management for these projects
Preparation of tender documents, scopes of work and necessary contracts
Choosing the correct professional disciplines for the project type(Architectural, Engineering & Drafting)
Provide Class C & B estimating for the formal budget
Help procure necessary funding, whether broker, grant, or other Banking needs
Develop the documents for tendering, cost plus delivery, or for permit applications

We can oversee the project and work with a G.C. or continue as your construction manager and align all of the required functions right until the end
Oversee contractors, subcontractors and suppliers who will complete the team goals and objectives
Oversee supervision and site safety as necessary to carry out the work
Weekly meetings and reporting on progress and schedule competencies
Ensure that the work is carried out safely, on budget, and on time
Quality management and control
Provide reporting for all of the above in a shared file system for review and discussion
