Alscale Building Consultants Ltd is a full service construction company that has been serving the construction needs of Manitoba and southern western Ontario.

We can take care of your construction needs regardless of project size or type. We have experience with small renovations, residential homes, commercial buildings, seniors living centers, multi-family structures, government facilities and first nations building projects.

WHAT WE DO

Lump Sum Bid

Lump sum work involves completing a project for a fixed price based on a clearly defined scope. The contractor assumes most of the financial risk if costs exceed estimates but is motivated to work efficiently, with payments typically made in installments as the project progresses.

Project Management

Project management services involve overseeing all aspects of a project to keep it on time and within budget, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and administering contracts.

Design-Build Method

Design-build construction uses a single contract for both design and construction, giving the owner one point of contact and improving coordination. It differs from the traditional design-bid-build method, which involves separate contracts for design and construction, though the overall project steps are similar.

Tendering of Work

A tender is a formal, competitive invitation for suppliers to submit proposals to provide goods or services, commonly used by governments and large organizations to ensure fair pricing and quality. It involves submitting a bid outlining costs, timelines, and technical capabilities, leading to a contract award based on evaluation criteria.
